Questions

Which package should I start with?
Most businesses start with Reputation. It is the quickest way to more reviews, readiness is included and the first 14 days are free. Local Authority is the one we recommend once you want to be found as well as chosen. You can move up any time, and readiness is never charged twice.
What is the difference between the two tabs?
Found and trusted is about getting chosen: your Google listing, your reviews and your website. Every enquiry answered adds the AI that answers your website and your phone, day and night, so the people who find you actually get booked.
What is readiness?
It is the one-off work that gets you ready: your Google profile rebuilt, your directories fixed, your customer list cleaned, your first campaign written, your website built and your AI set up and tested. Reputation has it included. It is $500 on Local Authority, $750 on Front Office and Front Office Smart Website, and $1,000 on Front Office Phone and Complete, or included when you pay quarterly.
What happens to my website if I leave?
Your domain and your content are always yours. The website itself is built and looked after as part of your service, the same as your Google listing work. If you stop, you can keep the site for $99 a month, which covers hosting, security and changes. You can buy it outright for a one-off $1,500. Or we take it down and you keep everything you came with. Nothing is locked away from you.
What if I already have a website I like?
Then we look at it first. The website in Front Office is there because most business websites are missing the things Google actually needs: a page for each service you offer, a page for each area you cover, and pages that load fast on a phone. If your site already does that, we work on the one you have, the monthly price is the same, and your readiness drops from $750 to $500 because we are not building a site. If it does not, we will tell you straight. There is no point doing good work on a website that cannot rank, and we would rather build you one than charge you for something that will not move.
Is there a contract?
No. Pay monthly and cancel any time, with no exit fee. Pay quarterly and you can stop at the end of any quarter.
What if it does not work?
Reputation starts with 14 days free. If it is not for you, walk away and pay nothing. There is no lock-in on any package.
What happens if I go over my text messages or minutes?
We tell you before you get close. You can add 250 texts for $49, or 250 AI Receptionist minutes for $49. Email is unlimited on every package, and Front Office Complete has unlimited minutes.
What does unlimited minutes mean?
Answer as many calls as your business gets, with no per minute or per call charges. It covers one business line. A second AI Receptionist at the same location is $299 a month, and each extra location is $100 off its Front Office package.
Will callers know it is AI?
It sounds natural and Australian, and it never pretends to be a person. If someone asks, it says so.
